We represent clients in public hearings in front of Zoning Boards to procure zoning changes and/or any necessary use variances, appealing unsafe structure board decisions on existing violations, seeking use variances from environmental quality control boards. Zoning Consultants addresses and redresses any existing property violation(s), open or expired permit(s); in fact, we are a full service firm taking a client from the beginning of a project by procuring building permits to the completion of that project by obtaining a Certificate of Use and Occupancy (CO).
